About the Course
Wind Down: Unloading Our Minds
When the lights are out and your head hits the pillow, it’s often the mind that refuses to switch off. This five-part series is designed to help students gently release the day's thoughts, feelings, and future worries, allowing their body and mind to prepare for sleep.
Across the series, students will be guided through practical techniques for “downloading” the day’s events, setting aside emotional weight, easing tension in the body, and allowing space for natural stillness. With practice, this becomes more than a bedtime routine and evolves into a way of growing a kinder relationship with oneself at the end of each day.
Each episode runs for approximately 6-8 minutes:

Episode 4: Creating Mental Space
