Beginning Meditation


Meditation doesn’t mean emptying your mind or sitting perfectly still. It’s about giving yourself a chance to slow down, notice what’s happening in the moment, and find a little calm inside the noise.


In this 5-part series, students will learn simple, practical ways to breathe, focus, and reconnect, whether they’re in class, at home, or just needing a pause in the day. Each episode is short and gentle, so they can come back to them anytime they need.
