Quick Fix: Feeling Overwhelmed
This short, calming audio session offers immediate support during moments of stress, anxiety, or emotional overload.
Students are gently guided through grounding techniques, simple breathing exercises, and awareness to help them pause, reset, and return to the present moment. Using the 5-4-3-2-1 method, this practice creates space between racing thoughts and restores a sense of calm, one breath at a time.
Whether students face exams, tight deadlines, or just one of those days, this one-off episode provides a quiet, reassuring space to reconnect with themselves.
