Quick Fix: Five Senses Grounding Practice
When life feels overwhelming or scattered, it’s easy to get pulled into past worries or future pressures. This session helps students gently anchor themselves in the present moment by moving step by step through the five senses: sound, touch, smell, taste, and sight.
Through short, accessible guidance, they learn how to steady their attention, reconnect with their body, and create a calm, grounded state of mind they can return to anytime.
