Phil co-founded Counsel Clouds. With over 12 years of experience in pastoral care, he is determined to provide young people with the tools they need to thrive emotionally, mentally, and socially.

Rupert Ray
MA, PGCE & QTS, BA (Hons)
Rupert co-founded Counsel Clouds. He is passionate about mental health and educating young people to grow without limits. He focuses on creating accessible tools and content that inspire emotional resilience and curiosity.
Rupert and Phil founded Counsel Clouds after years of working in education and realising that many students cannot recognise, name, or articulate how they feel.
Without this skill set, accessing the support they need can be hard.
Counsel Clouds exists to close that skill gap, offering schools structured, accessible tools that help students understand their emotions and build healthier habits.
