Finding Gratitude


This gentle, three-part audio journey is designed to help students pause, reflect, and reconnect with the quiet moments of goodness in everyday life.


Students are invited to explore gratitude, not as something forced or artificial, but as a quiet awareness of what’s already here. Through simple breath work, guided reflection, and body-based awareness, students learn to tune into small, meaningful moments that often go unnoticed.
