Managing Overwhelm


This short, calming audio series was created to help students find focus and clarity when life feels overwhelming.


Across three supportive episodes, students are guided through simple strategies for clearing mental clutter, calming anxious thoughts, and breaking down big tasks into manageable steps.


Instead of pushing through stress or trying to “do it all,” this series offers tools to slow down, prioritise, and move forward one small action at a time, with more intention and less pressure.
