For Students: Speak to Your School

If you're a student using Counsel Clouds and need help, you can:

  • Let your teacher know you’d like access to 1:1 support

  • Use the platform to connect when authorised by your school

In some cases, your school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) may be informed, especially if there's a concern about your safety.

A Note on Safety

If you are in online therapy or guided sessions and feel at risk:

  • Tell your therapist or coach

  • Make sure you’re in a safe, private space during your session

  • End the session and call emergency services if you feel unsafe
